Not Doing What I’m Supposed to Be…

April 18, 2011 by Jenna

I have a lot (like a lot a lot) of grading to do. If you’re my IRL friend, my friend on Facebook, and/or follow me on Twitter, chances are you’ve already heard (or read) my whining about this fact.

But I need a break. I can’t take it anymore. I could write a crazy long rant about the how (ill)-prepared most college students seem to be for college-level research and writing. But that’s another post for another time.

So, I really should be grading (or at least working on my 3,248 item long to-do list) but I don’t want to. I need a distraction. So, naturally, I thought I’d play around on the Internet and write a blog post. Good thinking.

I saw this video somewhere…probably someone else’s blog, sorry I forget where, and I had to share it with you.

I love this video. Especially the part where they feature the hole in the back of chair for the dog’s tail. I die. I think this was meant to be an April Fool’s joke in Australia or something (I couldn’t quite figure it out based on the comments). So, this isn’t a “real” product. If it was though, our poor dog, Bubba would be made to sit in one to take his meals.

Speaking of Bubba, here are some sweet pictures of him. I just love to share photos of our dog (Keith does too). We’re exuberant dog parents. Anytime we talk about Bubba with others, Keith pulls out his iPhone to share pics with them…like a proud dad.

Chillin' out, maxin', relaxing all cool...

Our baby among the flowers...

Speaking of our baby, I saw this on Pinterest and had to buy it for him immediately.

That's a promise

Alright, enough time-wasting. Must get back to the grading.

Everyone gets a “B-.” There, done!
